Senior Java J2EE Developer/SME/Java J2EE Lead

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, and develop carrier-grade Analytical solutions for the Telecommunications marketplace.  This includes new product development and enhancing existing products.
  • Consult with internal and external organizations and clients to analyze and understand the product vision, objectives, success criteria, requirements, and desired features.
  • Work with the business team to define, analyze and understand business, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Must have high trouble shooting skills along with exploration skills to find out the root cause of various issues.
  • Conduct Technical Impact analysis to mitigate the risks.
  • Produce and review product design for compliance with software requirements, design principles, coding standards, and related specifications.
  • Must have hands on ability to convert requirements, designs and other technical specifications into code
  • Perform unit and integration testing that ensures that all requirements are verified.
  • Ensure that all code is reviewed by your peers.
  • Write and maintain documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, testing, changes, and corrections.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

Essential:

  • Must be proficient with Web Development technologies Typescript, Javascript, HTML, CSS, XML, JSON.
  • Must be proficient with Core Java development.
  • Experience with Core Java/J2EE-based technologies, specifically Collection, Thread, EJB, Servlets, Struts/ Spring, Microservices, JSP, JMS, Web Services, JDBC/ Hibernate, JBOSS and structured development methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of SQL/Database.
  • Great to have experience in Angular but not mandatory.
  • Motivated team player willing to do whatever it takes to make the team successful.
  • Self-starter with commitment to professional growth.
  • Strong verbal and written English Communication skills.
  • 6 to 8+ years of total IT experience; at least 4+ years of experience in Full Stack Web Development.

Desirable:

  • Familiar with Windows-based Web Development using JavaScript frameworks.
  • Familiar with Object Oriented design and SOA Architecture.

Academic Criteria:

  •     BE/ BTech/BSc/M.Sc/BS/MS/ME/M.Tech/Ph.D in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
