Contract Opportunity

The role consists of analyzing customer data to identify areas where the customer overpays for network expenses e.g. circuits not disconnected on time, rates charged not in agreement with contracts, order rate not matching billing rates, etc.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for leading optimization efforts for assigned clients that includes:
    • Identifying and recovering inaccurate expenses via anomaly detection, contract analysis, order and invoice analysis.
    • Reporting results
    • Managing client relations by providing requested information and meeting clients’ targets.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

  • Excellent English speaking, writing and communication skills
  • Ability to design efficient and effective solutions that align with established priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, ever changing environment which is subject to direction change and vision change
  • Ability to interact with customers to identify business problems, gather needs and determine requirements.
  • Ability to effectively and efficiently create requirement documents and work with developers to implement needed system changes.
  • Ability to communicate and review requirements documents both internally with Development and QA teams.
  • Proficient in using the Microsoft suite of tools (MS Word, Excel, Access)
  • Experience in anomaly detection and large data set analysis
  • 3-5 years of experience in Telecom
  • Positive & can-do attitude.
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to break down a problem into smaller chunk in order to resolve it
  • Strong communication skills at least verbal that were clear as we interviewed him
  • Strong technical skills (Alteryx, SQL, Python, advanced MS Excel)

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computers or data related studies
