ITU Workshop on Telecommunication Service Quality

At the invitation of Türk Telekom, the International Telecommunication Union is organizing a workshop on Telecommunication Service Quality. The workshop is held in response to WTSA-16 Resolution 95 on “ITU Telecommunication Standardization Sector initiatives to raise awareness on best practices and policies related to service quality”. It will be held in conjunction with the 35^th meeting of the Quality of Service Development Group and a Rapporteur Group Meeting of Question 12 of ITU-T Study Group 12 on “Operational aspects of telecommunication network service quality”.
