TEOCO releases Capesso 6.1.1

FAIRFAX, VA., USA AND LEATHERHEAD, UK – 11 AUGUST 2014 – TEOCO, the leading provider of assurance, analytics and optimization solutions to communications service providers (CSPs), has today released version 6.1.1 of Capesso, its automatic cell planning tool.
Capesso analyses and combines radio network data to meet planning objectives such as coverage, capacity and quality to determine the best network design. It works across LTE, WCDMA, CDMA, GSM and WiMAX radio standards.

The update also overhauls the look and feel of Capesso, to offer a closer fit to a modern Windows UI.
Also improved is integration with TEOCO’s radio network planning tool, ASSET, which enables significant planning and optimization improvements for HetNets. This includes enhancements to Capesso’s Inspector tool which allows for easier comparison of analysis results from both Capesso and ASSET.
Capesso for Planet, the version designed to integrate with Mentum Planet, has also been updated, and now supports Mentum Planet 5.7.
