The case study discusses how Cricket and TEOCO leverage advanced technologies and data analytics methodologies in “Establishing and Sustaining Multiple Big Data Analytics Initiatives in a Cost-Effective Way” to create a 360-degree perspective of customer experience and network performance across the enterprise.
Jacob Howell will be speaking at the Telecom Analytics Conference (http://bit.ly/UTNRuf) in Atlanta, Georgia, USA on January 31st. The presentation titled “Big Data, Big Results: Case Studies of Big Data Customer Analytics” will share best practices and highlight impressive and unexpected results from implementing Big Data Customer Analytics across multiple customers. Mr. Howell is TEOCO’s Director of Fraud and Revenue Assurance, and also serves as a Director at the Communications Fraud Control Association (CFCA).
At the Russia & CIS Telecoms Executive Forum (http://bit.ly/VAKJC5) in Moscow, Senior Director of Solutions Omri Dayan will present “How Carriers Dramatically Improved Profitability via Big Data Analytics” on January 22nd. In his presentation Mr. Dayan will demonstrate how TEOCO customers have used analytics to cross-reference usage and network data with financial information to optimize profit margins by reducing costs and revenue leakage.
